2. Fan account

• You must be at least 14 and give accurate details.
• Your password is personal: keep it safe and tell us if you think someone knows it.
• You can delete your account any time from your fan area.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or to harm the site or other people.

3. Exclusive content and intellectual property

The music, mixes, images, videos, texts and the Le BØ1T3UX brand belong to their owner or licensors. Members-only content is for your personal use: copying, redistributing or using it commercially without written permission is not allowed.

4. Tickets and events

Tickets are sold on third-party platforms with their own purchase, refund and entry terms. Times and line-ups may change at the venue's or promoter's discretion.

5. Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request for information, not a reservation. A booking only exists once both parties sign the performance terms.

6. Fair use and liability

Don't use the site for unlawful purposes or try to access non-public areas. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, and we're not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.

7. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
